摘要
为提高我国煤矿矿井水综合利用率,解决煤炭开采区水资源短缺的难题,梳理了煤矿矿井水的类型(成因、水质特点等),分析了各类矿井水高效处理技术现状,详细介绍了高矿化度矿井水预处理-深度处理-浓缩处理-蒸发结晶的零排放技术。针对矿井水水质标准提高及矿井水利用率有待提高的现状,建议从技术创新、标准完善、税收减免、推动先进设备示范等方面开展研究,以提高矿井水综合利用率,推动我国煤炭产业高质量发展。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of coal mine water in China and solve the problem of water resource shortage in coal mining areas,the types(causes,water quality characteristics,etc.)of coal mine water were sorted out,and the current status of efficient treatment technologies for various types of mine water was analyzed.In particular,a zero emission technology of high salinity mine water pretreatment-deep treatment-concentration treatment-evaporation crystallization was described in detail.In response to the current situation of improving the mine water quality standards and the need to improve the utilization rate of mine water,it was recommended to conduct research from such aspects as technological innovation,standard improvement,tax reduction and promotion of advanced equipment demonstration.This would improve the comprehensive utilization rate of mine water and promote the high-quality development of China's coal industry.
