社会性别视角下农转非居民社会资本对吸烟饮酒行为的影响研究

Influence of social capital on smoking and drinking behavior among urbanized residents from gender perspective

目的调查农转非居民社会资本和吸烟饮酒行为的性别差异,并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,抽取成都市1620名农转非居民进行面对面问卷调查。构建Logistic回归模型分析不同性别农转非居民的社会资本对其吸烟饮酒行为的影响。结果男性吸烟率和饮酒率分别为48.0%和33.7%,女性吸烟率和饮酒率分别为2.3%和6.6%。控制混杂后的Logistic回归结果显示,家庭社会资本高分组的女性吸烟率较低分组低,OR值为0.337(95%CI:0.155~0.731);个体社会资本高分组的男性饮酒率较低分组高,OR值为2.187(95%CI:1.297~3.687)。此外,年龄、慢性病、合并饮酒或吸烟也会影响农转非居民的吸烟饮酒行为。结论不同性别农转非居民的吸烟、饮酒行为以及社会资本存在一定差异,故控烟限酒政策的制定,不仅要考虑性别和社会资本等因素,也应重点关注农转非居民等特殊群体。

Objective To investigate gender differences in social capital and smoking and drinking behaviors among urbanized residents,and to explore their relationship.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select 1620 urbanized residents in Chengdu by a face-to-face questionnaire survey.Logistic regression was used to analyze the effects of social capital on smoking and drinking behaviors among urbanized residents in different genders.Results The rates of smoking and drinking were 48.0%and 33.7%in males,2.3%and 6.6%in females,respectively.Logistic regression results after controlling for confounding showed that the smoking rate of women in higher family social capital group was lower than those in lower group,and the OR value was 0.337(95%CI:0.155-0.731).The male drinking rate in higher score group of individual social capital was higher than those in lower score group,and the OR value was 2.187(95%CI:1.297-3.687).In addition,age,chronic disease,and combined drinking or smoking also influenced the smoking and drinking behaviors among urbanized residents.Conclusion There were some differences in smoking and drinking behaviors as well as social capital among urbanized residents of different genders.Therefore,the formulation of tobacco control and alcohol restriction policy should not only consider gender and social capital,but also focus on special groups such as urbanized residents.
