加工型辣椒新品种‘艳椒800’的选育

Breeding of a New Processing Type Pepper Cultivar‘Yanjiao 800’

‘艳椒800’是以雄性不育系481-4-2A为母本,以恢复系2647为父本配制而成的杂交一代辣椒品种。该品种属于晚熟类型,植株生长势中等,平均株高99.1 cm,开展度92.0 cm,始花节位11.4节,单株结果数140.2个。果实单生,羊角形,果纵径11.20 cm,果横径1.36 cm,果肉厚0.18 cm,单果质量8.8 g。青椒绿色,成熟果大红色。鲜红椒Vc含量7.57 mg/100 g,辣椒素含量为0.925 g/kg,二氢辣椒素含量0.356 g/kg。抗TMV、CMV和疫病,中抗炭疽病,每667 m^(2)鲜椒产量1800 kg以上。该品种适宜在重庆、云南、贵州、河南、内蒙古和新疆等地春季种植。

‘Yanjiao 800’is a new processing type pepper cultivar,which was developed by crossing the inbred line of 481-4-2A as female parent with the inbred line of 2647 as male parent.Its average plant height and width are 99.1 cm and 92.0 cm,respectively.Its first flower occurs at about 11.4 th node.Its fruit is small,lanceolate,single birth,and upward with the length,width,and flesh thickness of 11.20 cm,1.36 cm,and 0.18 cm in mature period,respectively.The number of fruits per plant is 140.2 with the single weight of 8.8 g.The colors of immature and mature fruits are green and red,respectively.The contents of Vc and capsaicin in fresh fruit are 7.57 mg/100 g and 1.281 g/kg respectively.It shows resistance to TMV,CMV and phytophthora,and moderately resistance to anthracnose.The average yield of fresh red pepper is over 1800 kg/667 m^(2).This cultivar is suitable to be cultivated in the regions of Chongqing,Yunnan,Guizhou,Henan,Neimenggu and Xinjiang.
