“国优计划”培养模式对高等学校青年教师成长的启迪作用

摘要 国家教育部决定支持以“双一流”建设高校为代表的高水平大学培养研究生层次的优秀中小学教师。出台“国优计划”培养师资队伍,集中体现了国家落实教师培养的政策导向,改变了传统师范院校培养教师的教育体系。尽管国优计划主要针对中小学教师,但其培养模式以及举措,为高校青年教师的成长指明了发展方向。通过对高校青年教师职业发展以及高等学校发展历史的梳理,明确青年教师参与教育教学的初心使命,借鉴“国优计划”培养模式,丰富并完善高校青年教师教育教学实践能力,在立德树人、科学研究、国家发展以及文化传承等方向上持续努力,实现青年教师的专业理论和教学实践能力平衡发展。 The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China decided to support high-level universities represented by“Double First-Class”construction colleges and universities to train outstanding primary and secondary school teachers at the postgraduate level.The introduction of the“National Excellent Plan”to train teachers embodies the national policy orientation to implement teacher training,and changes the education system of traditional normal colleges and universities to train teachers.Although the“National Excellent Plan”mainly aims at primary and secondary school teachers,its training mode and measures point out the development direction for the growth of young teachers in colleges and universities.By sorting out the career development of young teachers in colleges and universities and the history of the development of colleges and universities,this paper clarifies the original mission of young teachers to participate in education and teaching,draws lessons from the training mode of the“National Excellent Plan”,enriches and improves the practical ability of young teachers in colleges and universities,and makes continuous efforts in the direction of moral education,scientific research,national development and cultural inheritance,so as to achieve the balanced development of young teachers’professional theory and teaching practice ability.
