生化检验在糖尿病肾病早期临床诊断的应用价值

Early Clinical Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy by Biochemical Test

目的 糖尿病肾病早期诊断中,探讨生化检验方式的实践应用价值。方法 选择2021年10月至2022年10月间在我院接受治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者50例为观察组研究对象,选择同期在我院接受治疗的普通糖尿病患者50例为对照组研究对象。对比两组的血液生化检验指标以及尿液的生化检验指标。结果 观察组超敏C反应蛋白、血清胱抑素C、糖化血红蛋白、肌酐、空腹血糖指标、同型半胱胺酸指标均比对照组高(P <0.05)。观察组尿糖指标比对照组低,观察组微量白蛋白指标比对照组高(P <0.05)。观察组诊断准确率49例(98.00%),对照组诊断准确率50例(100%),两组诊断准确率对比差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.010,P=0.315)。结论 糖尿病肾病早期的临床诊断中,普通糖尿病患者以及早期糖尿病肾病患者在尿液生化指标以及血液生化指标方面具备十分显著的差异,诊断结果的准确率相对较高。

Objective In the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,explore the practical application value of biochemical testing methods.Methods 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected.50patients with diabetic nephropathy were studied in the observation group.50 patients who had no diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital during the same period were in the same period.Compared with the blood biochemical test indicators of the two groups and the biochemical inspection indicators of urine.Results Ultrasensitive C-reactive protein,serum cystatin C,glycosylated hemoglobin,creatinine,fasting blood glucose indexes,and homocysteine acid indexes were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Urine sugar index in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and microalbumin index in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group was 49 cases(98.00%),and the diagnostic accuracy rate of the control group was 50 cases(100%),and the difference between the diagnostic accuracy rates of the two groups was not statistically significant when compared(χ2=1.010,P=0.315).Conclusions [Part of the content of this study data was launched]:In the early clinical diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,the method of biochemical testing has high clinical application value.Diabetes patients with no diabetic nephropathy and early diabetic nephropathy patients in urine biochemical indicators,as well as There are very significant differences in blood biochemical indicators,and the accuracy of diagnosis results is relatively high.It has very positive realistic value for early diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy,lay the foundation for subsequent effective diagnosis and treatment,and improve patient prognosis.
