基于健康商数的分层式健康教育对慢阻肺患者疾病认知、健康行为及睡眠质量的影响

The Impact of Stratified Health Education Based on Health Quotient on Disease Cognition,Health Behavior,and Sleep Quality in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探究以健康商数为基础的分层式健康教育对慢阻肺(COPD)患者健康观念、行为以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6月至2023年1月福建省龙岩市第二医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的COPD患者86例作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施以健康商数为基础的分层式健康教育,比较2组患者疾病认知[布里斯托慢性阻塞性肺疾病知识问卷(BCKQ)]、自我行为管理能力[COPD自我管理行为量表(CSMS)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]及评分。结果:观察组患者干预1个月、2个月后的BCKQ问卷知识掌握准确率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的CSMS评分明显高于对照组,观察组干预后的PSQI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢阻肺(COPD)患者进行以健康商数为基础的分层式健康教育可以提高患者对疾病的了解度,规范个人健康行为,增强睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率,增强生活品质。

Objective:To explore the effects of health quotient based hierarchical health education on health concept,behavior and sleep quality in COPD patients.Methods:A total of 86 patients with COPD who were admitted to the respiratory department of our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group(n=43,routine health education was implemented) and observation group(n=43,hierarchical health education based on health quotient was implemented) according to coin toss method.Disease cognition[Bristol Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Knowledge Questionnaire(BCKQ)],self-behavior management ability[COPD Self-Management Behavior Scale(CSMS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)] and scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 month and 2 months of intervention,the accuracy of BCKQ knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CSMS score of the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health quotient based hierarchical health education for COPD patients can improve their understanding of the disease,regulate personal health behaviors,enhance sleep quality,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and enhance quality of life.
