环形高铁橡胶内风挡注射成型冷流道的设计优化

摘要 设计了两种结构的环形高铁橡胶内风挡的注射成型冷流道模型,通过Polyflow软件对流道进行流场分析,根据流体压力、剪切速率及出口流速比较模型;在此基础上对流道进行优化分析,研究了模型二流速不均的成因,以及径向偏移、弯曲半径对分流道流速的影响。结果表明,径向偏移量为7 mm、弯曲半径为10 mm时,分流道速度差最小。通过最优径向偏移、弯曲半径对模型二进行优化,得到合理的流道结构。 The injection molding cold runner model of two kinds of annular high-speed rail rubber inner windshields was designed.The flow field of the runner was analyzed by Polyflow software,and the model was compared according to the fluid pressure,shear rate and outlet velocity.On this basis,the flow channel was optimized and analyzed,and the causes of uneven flow velocity in model 2 were studied,as well as the effects of radial offset and bending radius on the flow velocity of the diverter.The results show that the flow channel velocity difference is the smallest when the radial offset is 7mm and the bending radius is 10 mm.The optimal radial deviation and bending radius were used to optimize Model 2,and a reasonable flow path structure was obtained.
