模糊层次分析法在采油管理区安全评价中的探索

摘要 为综合评价采油管理区安全工作现状,探索管理方法,本文提出模糊层次分析法,以采油管理区为例,建立了个人、设备、环境和管理四个方面的准则层,构建综合评价模型,经计算:采油管理区安全综合评价指标得分为85.5分,安全风险极小,整体安全工作较好。该方法的应用不仅可以让安全管理者了解采油管理区安全现状,同时也为下一步安全决策提供理论依据和参考。 In order to comprehensively evaluate the current situation of safety work in the oil production management areas and explore management methods,this paper proposed the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Taking the oil production management areas as an example,a criterion layer for individuals,equipment,environment and management was established,and a comprehensive evaluation model was constructed.Through calculation,the comprehensive safety evaluation indicator score of the oil production management areas is 85.5 points.The safety risks are minimal and the overall safety work is good.The application of this method not only allows safety managers to keep abreast of the current safety situation in the oil production management areas,but also provides theoretical basis and reference for the next safety decision.
