摘要
目的:探究血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及脑钠肽(BNP)水平与肺心病患者心功能及肺动脉高压的相关性。方法:选取铜陵市人民医院2021年1月~2023年1月90例确诊为肺心病的患者作为研究组,取同期于本院进行健康体检的健康人群125例作为对照组。采集两组患者的清晨空腹静脉血,应用免疫荧光分析法测定BNP、AngⅡ及TGF-β1水平应用酶联免疫吸附法测定。结果:研究组患者血浆中AngⅡ、TGF-β1及BNP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。患者心功能分级越高,其血浆中AngⅡ、TGF-β1及BNP水平随之升高(P<0.05);相关性分析显示:患者心功能分级与血浆中AngⅡ、TGF-β1及BNP水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。患者肺动脉高压越高,血浆中AngⅡ、TGF-β1及BNP水平越高(P<0.05);患者肺动脉高压情况与血浆中AngⅡ、TGF-β1及BNP水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血浆中AngⅡ、TGF-β1及BNP水平与肺心病患者心功能分级和肺动脉高压均呈正相关性,其表达越高心功能越差,且肺动脉高压越严重。
Objective:To investigate the correlation of plasma angiotensin II(Ang II),transforming growth factor-beta1(TGF-β1)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels with cardiac function and pulmonary arterial hypertension in patients with pulmonary heart disease.Methods:Ninety patients diagnosed with pulmonary heart disease in our hospital were included from January 2021 to January 2023 in the observational group,and 125 healthy subjects undergoing physical examination in our hospital during the same period were recruited as controls(control group).Morning fasting blood samples were harvested from the subjects in both groups,and determined for plasma BNP level using immunofluorescence assay,and Ang II and TGF-β1 levels using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:The plasma Ang II,TGF-β1 and BNP levels were significantly higher in patients in the observational group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the plasma AngⅡ,TGF-β1 and BNP levels were escalated in patients with higher cardiac functional grading(P<0.05).Correlation analysis demonstrated that the cardiac functional grade was positively related to plasma AngⅡ,TGF-β1 and BNP levels(P<0.05).The higher of the pulmonary arterial pressure was,the higher plasma Ang II,TGF-β1 and BNP levels would be in the patients(P<0.05),and correlation analysis indicated positive correlation of pulmonary arterial pressure with plasma AngⅡ,TGF-β1 and BNP levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:The plasma AngⅡ,TGF-β1 and BNP levels are positively correlated with cardiac functional grading and pulmonary arterial pressure in patients with pulmonary heart disease,and the cardiac function would be poorer and pulmonary arterial pressure would be severe with added AngⅡ,TGF-β1 and BNP levels.
