老年帕金森病与不宁腿综合征的相关性及研究进展

Research progress on correlation between elderly Parkinson’s disease and restless legs syndrome

老年帕金森(PD)是临床上常见的一种神经系统变性疾病,其与不宁腿综合征(RLS)的相关性一直以来都是临床研究的重点。老年PD、RLS临床表现不完全相同,且RLS也是老年PD的一种临床并发症,二者均存在多巴胺能系统功能异常,在病理学机制、临床症状学、生理学等方面也存在一定的关联。RLS的临床症状及双下肢无自主活动欲望很可能对老年PD患者睡眠及精神状况产生负面影响,进而加重老年PD患者病情,目前尚无治疗RLS的特效药,了解其发病机理、临床发病率及与老年PD相关症状的关联性有助于为RLS的个体化治疗提供帮助。本综述围绕近年来的相关研究文献,分别从发病机制、流行病学调查、临床表现及治疗方面探究老年PD与RLS的相关性。

Elderly Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common neurological degenerative disease in clinical practice,and its correlation with restless legs syndrome(RLS)has been the focus of clinical research.The clinical manifestations of elderly PD and RLS are not exactly the same,and RLS is also a clinical complication of elderly PD.Both elderly PD and RLS have dopaminergic system dysfunction,and there is a certain association among pathological mechanism,clinical symptomatology,physiology and other aspects.The clinical symptoms of RLS and the lack of autonomic activity desire of both lower limbs are likely to have a negative impact on the sleep and mental status of patients with elderly PD,thereby aggravating the disease condition of patients with elderly PD.Currently,there is no specific drug for the treatment of RLS.Understanding its pathogenesis,clinical incidence and association with elderly PD-related symptoms will help to provide help for the individualized treatment of RLS.This review focuses on the relevant research literature in recent years,and investigates the correlation between elderly PD and RLS from the aspects of pathogenesis,epidemiological investigation,clinical manifestations and treatment.
