高水平综合大学参与中小学教师培养的挑战与方略

摘要 高水平综合大学参与教师培养是建设教育强国的必然要求。面向新时代新要求,如何平衡教师教育中的“师范性”与“专业性”,弥补教师培养中理想与现实的落差,“国优计划”为高水平综合大学切实参与中小学教师培养指明了方向。高水平综合大学可以加强与师范院校的合作,为乐教适教的非教育类学生提供系统的教师教育课程。依托覆盖面广的专业设置以及素质较高的生源基础,结合能够调动丰富社会资源的能力与平台,以及进一步优化提升的研究生层次人才选拔机制,高水平综合大学参与教师教育可以有效提升有从教意愿的非师范生的知识能力水平和教育教学素养,丰富我国中小学教师队伍人才储备,进一步营造尊师重教的良好社会风气。 The involvement of high-level comprehensive universities in teacher training is an inevitable requirement for the building of a powerful country in education.Facing the new requirements of the new era,the National Program of Excellent Primary and Secondary School Teacher Cultivating has provided direction for high-level comprehensive universities to actively participate in the cultivating of teachers for basic education,in order to balance the conflicting demands of normativity and specialization in teacher education and bridge the gap between ideals and realities.To create a high-quality teacher force for basic education,comprehensive universities can strengthen cooperation with relevant normal universities,provide systematic teacher education courses for students who are passionate about teaching,leverage their extensive program offerings and high-quality talent base,mobilize diverse social resources,and optimize the selection mechanism for graduate-level talents.The involvement of comprehensive universities in teacher education can effectively improve the knowledge,ability and educational quality of non-normal students who are willing to teach,and strengthen the basic education teacher force in China,as well as creating a reserve of talents and creating a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.
