摘要
老旧防空洞的塌陷,对地表建筑影响巨大,想要彻底消除防空洞的影响就要密实回填封堵。当地表上存在房屋的时候,现场不具备大开挖条件,且随着地下水位的升高,防空洞内外水压力平衡,直接抽水会导致坍塌,所以在有限的空间里进行空间置换和灌浆封堵,成了此类型防空洞处理的一个手段。文中以某办公楼为例,分析加固思路,确定加固方式,为此类问题寻找到一个比较合理的处理办法。
The collapse of the old air-raid shelter has a huge impact on the surface buildings.If we want to completely eliminate the impact of the air-raid shelter,we have to backfill and block it tightly.When there are houses on the surface,the site does not have the conditions of large excavation.And with the rise of the groundwater level,the water pressure inside and outside the air-raid shelter is balanced,and direct pumping will lead to collapse.Therefore,spatial replacement and grouting sealing in the limited space has become a means of treatment for this type of air-raid shelter.This paper taking an office building as an example,analyzes the reinforcement idea,determines the reinforcement method,and finds a more reasonable solution for such problems.
