摘要
公平与质量是教育发展的两个基本维度。改革开放以来,在公平与质量之间有所偏失,新时代追求公平而有质量的教育。“适合的教育”面向每个学生,体现了教育公平的统一性和差异性,使每个人得到高质量的发展。“适合的教育”是新时代公平而有质量的教育的具体样态。实施“适合的教育”,需要顶层设计,包括构建优质均衡的基本公共教育服务体系和开放多元灵活的教育体系,提供丰富多样的教育资源,让每个学生有权选择适合自己的优质资源,以实现自身的最优化发展。
Equity and quality are two fundamental dimensions of education development.Since the reform and opening up,there has been a deviation between equity and quality,and the pursuit of equity and quality education in the new era."Suitable education"is aimed at every student,reflec-ting the unity and diversity of educational equity,enabling everyone to achieve high-quality develop-ment."Suitable education"is the specific form of equity and quality education in the new era.The implementation of"suitable education"requires top-level design,including building a high-quality and balanced basic public education service system and an open,diverse and flexible education sys-tem,providing rich and diverse educational resources,allowing each student to choose high-quality resources that are suitable for themselves,in order to achieve their optimal development.
