摘要
管理改进与技术创新是工业企业实现高质量减排的两大关键路径。运用Shapley值分解方法实证测度了技术创新与管理改进对工业企业碳减排技术进步效率的贡献作用。结果发现,整体上技术创新与管理改进的贡献率分别为28.45%和71.55%,并且二者贡献率在不同类型特征企业之间存在明显差异。随着企业技术进步水平、雇佣规模和能耗水平的提升,技术创新的贡献率逐步递减,而管理创新的贡献率则呈现递增趋势。首次对企业管理改进与技术创新对碳排放效率的贡献进行测度,为优化“双碳”目标政策与指导企业减排行动提供有益参考。
Management improvement and technological innovation are two important paths for high-quality emission reduction of industrial enterprises.This paper uses the Shapley value method to empirically measure the contribution of technological innovation and management improvement to the efficiency of carbon reduction in industrial enterprises.The results show that the contribution rates of technological innovation and management improvement to the efficiency of carbon emission are 28.45%and 71.55%respectively.The contributions vary from enterprises with different characteristics.With the increase of technological progress level,employment scale and energy consumption level of enterprises,the contribution rate of technological innovation gradually decreases,while the contribution rate of management innovation shows an increasing trend.This article measures the contribution of management improvement and technological innovation to the carbon emission efficiency for the first time,which will provide useful references for further optimizing the“dual carbon”target policies and guiding enterprise emission reduction actions.
