基于自谐振线圈参数优化的多中继无线供电系统效率提升研究

摘要 印刷电路板(printed circuitboard,PCB)自谐振线圈可以避免绕线引起的偏差,且不受分立补偿电容的影响,应用在多中继无线供电系统中极具前景。针对PCB自谐振线圈结构参数优化不完全所导致的多中继无线供电系统传输效率低下的问题,该文给出了一种用以提升系统传输效率的PCB自谐振线圈结构参数优化设计方法。首先,建立了多中继无线供电系统的传输效率模型,并分析了线圈的电参数对传输效率的影响机理;其次,详细推导了线圈电参数与线圈的匝数、介质厚度、线宽、铜箔厚度、介质损耗角正切值以及介电常数之间的关系;然后,基于上述关系,以传输效率最高为目标,优化了线圈参数;最后,利用优化后的PCB自谐振线圈搭建了一套五线圈无线供电系统实验样机。实验结果表明,采用优化后的PCB自谐振线圈传输效率最高可达76.5%,相比优化前33.1%的传输效率,提高了43.4%。 PCB(printed circuit board)self-resonance coil is used to avoid the deviation caused by windings,and is not affected by the separation of compensation capacitors,which is promising to be applied in multi-relay wireless power transfer systems.However,the transmission efficiency of the multi-relay wireless power transfer system remains low due to the incomplete optimization of the PCB self-resonance coil parameters.To address this issue,a PCB self-resonance coil structure parameters optimization design method is proposed in this paper to improve system transmission efficiency.Firstly,the mathematical model of the transmission efficiency of the multi-relay wireless power transfer system is established.The influence mechanism of the electrical parameters of the coil on transmission efficiency is analyzed;Secondly,the relationships are deduced in detail between the electrical parameters of the coil and the number of turns,the media thickness,the wire width,the copper foil thickness,the tangent value of dielectric loss angle,and the dielectric constant;Then,based on the above relationships,the coil parameters are optimized with the maximum transmission efficiency as the goal;Finally,the optimized PCB self-resonance coil is used to set up a five-coil wireless power transfer system experimental prototype.The experimental results show that the transmission efficiency of the optimized PCB self-resonance coil can reach up to 76.5%, which is 43.4% higher than the transmission efficiency of 33.1% before the optimization.
