册亨县森林资源现状分析与经营小区划分

森林经营小区划分是森林经营管理分区施策的依据,是实现林业可持续发展的核心基础。本文以册亨县第四次森林资源规划设计调查成果为基础,从森林资源现状、经营成效及存在问题对森林经营必要性进行分析,并按照地域分布相对集中连片原则,开展典型地区森林资源小区划分和精准施策。通过对经营小区基本情况、突出问题进行分析,划分了5个经营小区,并提出了各小区经营方向、策略,实现了森林经营分区施策管理。

Forest zoning has been one of the most important strategies to manage the natural resource areas in recent years.The division policy of forest management can also be expected to realize the sustainable development of forestry.In this paper,the current status of forest resources was critically reviewed to clarify the challenges and problems of forest management.The data was also collected from the fourth forest resources planning and design survey in Ceheng County,Guizhou Province,China.A series divisions of typical forest resource areas were carried out for the precise measures and high effectiveness,according to the principle of relatively centralized regional distribution.Five management areas were then divided,in terms of the basic situation and outstanding problems in the study areas.The management direction and strategy of each area were proposed to realize the policy and management of the forest management areas.
