破“五唯”背景下医学研究生科研能力培育成果评价的改革实践——以拔尖人才培育项目为例 被引量:1

摘要 研究生科研能力培育是高等学校的重要任务,培育成果的评价标准对其有重要的引导作用。近年来基于"五唯"的定量学术评价给高校人才的培养造成了一些负面影响,需要建立新的评价体系。在新旧学术评价体系转换期间,研究生的科研能力培育成果评价标准势必需要改革。该研究通过对各高校科研能力培育评价标准的调查,尝试对现有评价标准从加强基于内容的同行专家学术评价、强化对育人作用和育人过程的评价、强化对导师指导培育情况的考查等方面进行改革。改革实践表明,促进了高水平学术成果产出,进一步完善了研究生科研能力培育成果评价标准,提高了研究生科研能力的培养质量。 The cultivation of graduate students'scientific research ability is an important task of colleges and universities.The evaluation standards of cultivation achievements play an important guiding role.In recent years,quantitative academic evaluation based on the"five-only"has caused some negative effects on the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.A new evaluation system needs to be established.During the transition period between the old and new academic evaluation systems,the evaluation criteria for the cultivation of graduate students'scientific research capabilities will inevitably need to be reformed.This study attempts to reform the existing evaluation standards by investigating the evaluation standards for the cultivation of scientific research capabilities in various colleges and universities.The aim is to improve the evaluation of the achievements in the cultivation of scientific research ability of graduate students and improve the quality of the cultivation of scientific research ability of graduate students.
