燃气热水器循环水泵降噪研究

摘要 本文为了降低零冷水燃气热水器循环水泵噪音,首先采用编织管对管路振动以及水路振动的影响进行研究,研究发现编织管水泵振动具有较好的减弱效果;其次,设计一款多弯头管路与阻抗复合式消声器的组合降噪方案,通过将该组合降噪方案安装到燃气热水器上进行噪音测试,发现该管路方案在不影响循环流量的情况下,可将水泵工作时的整机噪声由原方案的51.8 dB(A)降至38.5 dB(A),可以有效地降低振动由水泵传递到水箱,从而减少水泵在运行时所产生的整机噪音。 In order to reduce the noise of the circulating water pump in zero cold water gas water heaters,this article first studies the influence of braided pipes on pipeline vibration and waterway vibration.The study found that braided pipe water pump vibration has a good weakening effect;Secondly,design a combined noise reduction scheme consisting of a multi bend pipeline and an impedance composite muffler.By installing the combined noise reduction scheme on a gas water heater for noise testing,it was found that the pipeline scheme can reduce the overall noise of the water pump during operation from 51.8 dB(A)to 38.5 dB(A)without affecting the circulating flow rate,effectively reducing the transmission of vibration from the water pump to the water tank,So as to reduce the overall noise generated by the water pump during operation.
