盐品质对次氯酸钠发生器的运行影响分析

摘要 盐的品质把控是次氯酸钠发生器运行管理的重点。使用不同品质的盐对发生器进行生产试验,结果显示,当盐中钙、镁离子总量低于30 mg/kg、硫酸根离子含量低于2000 mg/kg时,可以明显缓解电极结垢,降低发生器单位有效氯盐耗、电耗和设备损耗,避免电极中的贵金属涂层因为频繁酸洗而受到破坏,而其他杂质没有明显对发生器设备运行及产品质量产生不利影响。因此,选用满足钙、镁和硫酸根指标要求的未加碘食盐作为发生器原料综合效益最高。 The quality control of salt is the key to the operation and management of sodium hypochlorite generators.Production test of the generator using different qualities of salt,the results show that,when the total amount of calcium and magnesium ions in the salt is less than 30 mg/kg,and the sulfate ion content of the salt is less than 2000 mg/kg,it can significantly alleviate the electrode scaling,reduce the effective chloride consumption,power consumption and equipment loss of the generator,and avoid the precious metal coating in the electrode being damaged by frequent pickling,while other impurities have no obvious adverse impact on the operation of the generator equipment and product quality.Therefore,the uniodized salt that meets the requirements of calcium,magnesium and sulfate as the raw material of the generator has the highest comprehensive benefit.
