摘要
使用环己基甲基二甲氧基硅烷(Donor C)为外给电子体,考察了Si/Ti从0到1.2 mol%范围内BCZ-208催化剂在丙烯聚合中的性能变化。结果表明,随着Si/Ti的升高,催化剂聚合活性和氢调性能逐渐降低,等规度逐渐升高,且影响程度随硅烷加入量的升高而降低。同时,硅烷添加量对粉料的堆积密度和细粉含量影响不明显。因此,BCZ-208催化剂能够适用于更宽的硅烷用量范围,具有较好的性能可调性。
Using cyclohexylmethyldimethoxysilane(Donor C)as the external electron donor,the performance changes of BCZ-208 catalyst in propylene polymerization in the Si/Ti range from 0 to 1.2 mol%were investigated.The results show that with the increase of Si/Ti ratio,the polymerization activity and hydrogen modulation performance of the catalyst gradually decrease,the isotacticity increases.These three properties are less affected when the silane addition amount increases.Meanwhile,the added amount of silane has no obvious effect on the bulk density andfine content of the polymer.Therefore,the BCZ-208 catalyst can be applied to a wider range of silane dosage and has better performance adjustability.
