联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症合并睡眠障碍的效果

The Effect of agomelatine in the treatment of depression patients with sleep disorder

目的探讨联合阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症合并睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法本研究对象为2020年3月~2023年1月96例抑郁症合并睡眠障碍患者,简单随机法分为两组。对照组采用舍曲林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿戈美拉汀治疗,均治疗2个月。治疗前后通过汉密尔顿焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁量表(HAMD)评估负性情绪改善情况,采用心肺耦合睡眠质量评估系统评估睡眠改善情况。结果治疗后两组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分均显著降低,且治疗后观察组两项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后总睡眠、熟睡、快速动眼(REM)睡眠时间显著增加,浅睡、觉醒时间显著降低,且治疗后观察组各项心肺耦合参数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿戈美拉汀联合治疗抑郁症合并睡眠障碍能够有效改善负性情绪以及睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of agomelatine in the treatment of depression with sleep disorder.Methods Ninety-six patients with depression and sleep disorders from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divide into two groups using the simple random method.The control group was treated with sertraline,and the observation group was treated with agomelatine on the basis of the control group for 2 months.The improvement of negative emotions through Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Depression Scale(HAMD)before and after treatment were evaluated.The sleep improvement situation were evaluated using heart lung coupled sleep quality assessment system.Results After treatment,the HAMA score and HAMD score of both groups of patients significantly decreased,and the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Af-ter treatment,the total sleep,deep sleep,and rapid eye movement(REM)sleep time of the two groups significantly increased,while light sleep and awakening time significantly decreased.Moreover,the observation group had better cardiopulmonary coupling parameters than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Agomelatine can effectively im-prove negative emotions and sleep quality in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders.
