乡村振兴视域下智慧医疗在基层卫生服务中的应用与研究——以余姚市梁弄镇为例

Application and Research of Smart Medical Care in Primary Health Ser⁃vices from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization—Taking Liangnong Town,Yuyao City as an Example

为促进乡村医疗卫生体系健康发展,《健康中国2030规划纲要》把基层医疗健康提升到国家战略层面。完善乡村医疗卫生体系,发展智慧医疗-数字乡村,是建设健康中国的必由之路,也是全面推进乡村振兴的必然要求。梁弄镇依托“互联网+”推进医共体建设,搭建智慧医疗乡村卫生服务体系,制订政策引导医学生返乡就业,积极改革并不断优化管理模式、服务体系和队伍建设,为乡村带去智能管理、医疗便利和人才资源。本文通过对梁弄镇智慧医疗的应用进行分析,阐述智慧医疗技术在基层卫生服务中取得的成果,为智慧医疗-数字乡村模式提供参考。

In order to promote the healthy development of the rural medical and health system,the"Healthy China 2030 Planning Outline"elevates primary medical health to a national strategic level.Improving the rural medical and health system and developing smart medical and digital villages are the only way to build a healthy China and an in-evitable requirement for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Liangnong Town relies on"Internet+"to pro-mote the construction of a medical community,build a smart medical rural health service system,and formulate policies to guide medical students to return to their hometowns for employment.Actively reform and continuously optimize management models,service systems and team building to bring intelligent management,medical convenience and hu-man resources to rural areas.This article analyzes the application of smart medical care in Liangnong Town,explains the achievements of smart medical technology in primary health services,and provides a reference for the smart medical-digital rural model.
