GIS铝合金壳体纵缝焊接工艺方法对比分析

摘要 对比分析气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)铝合金壳体纵缝不同焊接工艺方法,包括钨极惰性气体保护(Tungsten Inert Gas,TIG)焊接、惰性气体保护(Metal-Inert Gas,MIG)焊接、改进型TIG(K-TIG)焊接、变极性等离子弧焊接、激光-MIG复合焊接以及MIG+TIG同步焊接等。从焊接质量、效率、工艺复杂程度等方面评估工艺方法的优势和缺点,研究结果表明,MIG+TIG同步焊接在焊接质量、效率和工艺复杂度方面具有明显优势,且设备投入和维护成本较低。 This paper compares and analyzes different welding methods for Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)aluminum alloy shells,including Tungsten Inert Gas(TIG)welding,Metal-Inert Gas(MIG)welding,K-TIG welding,plasma arc welding,laser-MIG welding,and MIG+TIG welding.The advantages and disadvantages of the process method were evaluated from the aspects of welding quality,efficiency,and process complexity.The research results indicate that MIG+TIG welding has significant advantages in welding quality,efficiency,and process complexity,while equipment investment and maintenance costs are relatively low.
