核电厂辅助车间集中监控技术研究

摘要 针对目前核电厂各辅助车间(BOP)采用分散监控模式带来的运行成本高的现状,设计了基于现场设备层、控制层、网络通信层和运行监控层的核电厂BOP集中监控系统,以实现各BOP的集中监控。BOP集中控制室的设置提高了BOP自动化控制水平,实现了BOP无人值守,达到了减员增效的目的。网络通信层采用冗余监控环网和冗余信息环网的网络拓扑结构,从物理层面将传输实时数据的监控网络与传输非周期性数据的信息网络分开,以分流监控数据与信息数据,从而提高网络通信层的可靠性。BOP集中监控系统采用统一的控制系统平台,减少了控制系统软硬件的备件种类、数量和设备管理费用。通过应用服务器中设计的计算机化规程系统、报警显示系统,降低了操作员的工作强度,增强了人机交互的友好性。 Aiming at the current situation of high operation cost brought by the decentralized monitoring mode adopted by each balance of plant(BOP)of nuclear power plant,a BOP centralized monitoring system of nuclear power plant based on field equipment layer,control layer,network communication layer and operation monitoring layer is designed to realize the centralized monitoring of each BOP.A BOP centralized control room is set up to improve the BOP automation control level and realize BOP unattended operation,which achieves the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.The network communication layer adopts the network topology of redundant monitoring ring network and redundant information ring network,physically separating the monitoring network that transmits real-time data from the information network that transmits non-periodic data,diverting the monitoring data from the information data,and improving the reliability of the network communication layer.The BOP centralized monitoring system adopts a unified control system platform,which reduces the types and quantities of spare parts for control system hardware and software as well as equipment management costs.By applying the computerized protocol system and alarm display system designed in the server,it reduces the work intensity of the operators and enhances the friendliness of human-computer interaction.
