摘要
文章以2011-2020年中国31个省份的数据为研究样本,运用熵值法测算数字经济发展水平,以DEA方法测算的农业绿色全要素生产率来度量农业高质量发展水平,运用半参数面板数据模型实证分析了数字经济对中国农业高质量发展的影响及其异质性,并采用中介效应模型对农业生产技术效率和农业生产技术水平进行了作用路径检验。结果显示:2011-2020年,中国数字经济发展水平呈逐年递增趋势,但存在明显的地区差异,具体表现为从东部地区向中部和西部地区渐次降低。数字经济与农业高质量发展之间存在“倒U”型关系,拐点为0.60。异质性分析结果表明,数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响存在区域和时间上的异质性。作用路径分析发现,数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响主要是通过农业生产技术效率传导的。
Taking the data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 as research samples,this paper uses entropy method to measure the digital economy development level,uses the agricultural green total factor productivity measured by DEA method to measure the high-quality development level of agriculture,and then empirically analyzes the impact of digital economy on China’s high-quality agricultural development and its heterogeneity by using semi-parametric panel data model.Finally,the paper adopts the intermediary effect model to test the action paths of agricultural production technical efficiency and agricultural production technical level.The results go as the following:From 2011 to 2020,the development level of China’s digital economy shows an increasing trend year by year,but there are obvious regional disparities,as shown by the gradual decline of the eastern region to the central and western regions.There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between digital economy and high-quality develop-ment of agriculture,and the inflection point is 0.60.The results of Heterogeneity analysis show that the impact of digital economy on high-quality development of agriculture has regional heterogeneity and time heterogeneity.Action path analysis finds that the impact of digital economy on high-quality development of agriculture is mainly achieved through the improvement of agricultural production technology efficiency.
