摘要
柴油发电机组在工业、商业和应急电源领域中发挥着关键作用。然而,振动故障对其性能和可靠性构成威胁,振动故障有多种因素,包括不平衡、轴承故障、机械松动和电气问题。文章分析了柴油发电机组振动故障的成因,并探讨了柴油发电机组振动故障的分析方法,在此基础上提出了柴油发动机组振动的处理措施,以帮助工程师和维护人员更好地理解、诊断和处理振动问题。
Diesel generator sets play a crucial role in industrial,commercial,and emergency power supply fields.However,vibration faults pose a threat to its performance and reliability,as they originate from various factors including imbalance,bearing failures,mechanical looseness,and electrical issues.This article analyzes the causes of vibration faults in diesel generator sets and explores the analysis methods for vibration faults in diesel generator sets.Based on this,measures for controlling diesel engine vibration are proposed to help engineers and maintenance personnel better understand,diagnose,and control vibration problems.
