摘要
针对煤矿岩巷掘进中炮掘占据主要地位,炮掘效率低、劳动强度大等问题在一定程度上制约了矿井的生产接续,以彬长小庄矿集中泄水巷TBm硬岩掘进机岩巷施工为例,通过对施工条件、工艺、设备系统性介绍,从巷道成形、掘进工效、劳动强度等方面对炮掘施工与TBm掘进机施工进行了对比分析。TBm硬岩掘进机在单进、巷道成型、降低人员劳动强度等方面具有施工优势,对解决煤矿岩巷掘进效率低、劳动强度高等问题,以及对快掘设备的推广使用具有良好的价值。
Aiming at the problems that the main position of blasting and excavation in coal mine rock roadway excavation,slow blasting and excavation efficiency,high labor intensity,and so on,which to some extent restrict the production continuity of the mine,taking the TBm hard rock roadheader construction of the concentrated drainage roadway in Binchang Xiaozhuang Mine as an example,through a systematic introduction to construction conditions,process,and equipment,a comparative analysis is conducted between blasting and excavation construction and TBm roadheader construction from the aspects of roadway formation,excavation efficiency,labor intensity,etc.The TBm hard rock roadheader has construction advantages in aspects of single entry,roadway forming,reducing labor intensity and others.It has good value in solving the problems of low excavation efficiency and high labor intensity in coal mine rock roadway,as well as promoting the use of fast excavation equipment.
