摘要
基于社会进步与经济水平的高速发展,中国越来越注重各阶段学校教育的时效性和高效性,致力于为学生个人核心素养与综合素质全面提升创造优良空间。对初中阶段体育学科来说,不仅能够强化学生身体素质,还能够在心理健康方面为其营造优良成长空间,使团队协作精神、竞争意识、探究钻研意识等多方面核心素养都将得到很大提升效果,因而如何寻找探索出一条有助于体育学科高质量化、高水平化发展的道路便非常重要。其中分层教学实践应用便是一种有效方式,将学生按照独特性和差异性分层教学,实现共同促进、全面提升。基于此,该文便将针对基于学生个体差异的初中体育分层教学策略加以探索研究。
Based on social progress and rapid economic development,China pays more and more attention to the timeliness and efficiency of school education at all stages,and is committed to creating excellent space for the comprehensive improvement of students'personal core quality and comprehensive quality.For middleschool physical education,it can not only strengthen the physical quality of students,but also create an excellent growth space for them in terms of mental health,so that the core quality of teamwork,competition awareness,and exploration and research awareness will be greatly improved,so how to find and explore a path that is conducive to the highquality and highlevel development of physical educationdisciplines is very important.One of the effective ways is the application of layered teaching,wherestudents are taught according to their uniqueness and dfferences,so as to achieve common promotion and comprehensive improvement.Based on this,this paper will explore and research on the layered teaching strategy of middleschool physical education based on students'individual differences.
