坝基固结灌浆施工技术研究

摘要 以某水库大坝为例,通过孔内循环式灌浆法完成水库大坝固结灌浆施工,在施工过程中控制灌浆段的长度在10m以内,逐级加压,从上至下进行连续固结灌浆作业。施工完毕后监测点所在坝基位置的透水率均小于3Lu,符合基岩固结灌浆标准,有效地规避了坝基岩体发生变形的风险,应用效果优势显著。 In this paper,taking a reservoir dam as an example,the consolidation grouting construction of the reservoir dam was completed by circulating grouting method in the hole.During the construction process,the length of the grouting section was controlled within 10m,and the continuous consolidation grouting operation was carried out from top to bottom.After the completion of construction,the water permeability of the dam foundation at the monitoring points was less than 3Lu,which meets the standard of bedrock consolidation grouting,effectively avoiding the risk of deformation of the dam foundation rock mass,and the application effect is significant.
