Processing Technology and Reflections on the Industrial Development of Guangde Huangjinya Tea

广德黄金芽茶是广德市重点打造的区域公用品牌,近年来,广德黄金芽茶产业快速发展,产生了良好的经济与社会效益,广德已成为黄金芽茶集散地,形成了特色农产品优势区。文章介绍了广德黄金芽茶的品质特征与加工技术,总结了广德黄金芽茶产业发展过程中的实践经验,提出了加强政策引导和巩固产业基础来推动广德黄金芽茶产业高质量发展,尤其是通过三产融合发展带动茶产品实现多元价值。

Guangde Huangjinya tea is a key regional public brand of Guangde City.In recent years,Guangde Huangjinya tea industry has developed rapidly,which produced good economic and social benefits.Guangde City has become the distribution center of Huangjinya tea,forming its own advantages.This paper introduces the quality characteristics and processing technology of Guangde Huangjinya tea,summarizes the practical experience in its development.Proposals have been put forward to strengthen policy guidance and consolidate the industrial foundation for promoting the high-quality development of Guangde Huangjinya tea industry.Particularly,it aims to promote the diversified value of tea products through the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.
