基于数据挖掘技术对中医治疗产后风湿病用药规律的研究

The medication rules of TCM on postpartum rheumatism based on data mining technology

目的:应用数据挖掘技术收集、整理、分析治疗产后风湿病的中医处方,为中医临床治疗产后风湿病提供思路。方法:以主题词“产后风湿”“中医”“产后痹”“产后身痛”等检索中国知网2017年1月1日-2022年8月31日所收录文献,对文献中高频药物使用频次、功效分类、性味归经、关联规则、聚类等指标进行统计分析。结果:共纳入文献101篇,筛选出复方116首,涉及中药190味,高频次药物有当归、芍药、甘草等;高频次药物“四气”主要为温性、平性;“五味”主要为甘(淡)、辛、苦;归经主要归肝经、脾经、肺经、肾经。通过Apriori关联规则分析发现,治疗产后风湿病过程中常用的中药以黄芪、桂枝、芍药等药物相互组合形成具有补气养血、活血化瘀、祛风除湿等功效的药对。其中,核心方药组成为黄芪、桂枝、芍药、甘草、当归。结论:中医治疗产后风湿病以补虚、活血化瘀、祛风除湿等治法进行组方。

Objective:To collect,sort out and analyze the TCM prescriptions for the treatment of postpartum rheumatism by data mining technology,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment.Methods:The literature from January 1st,2017 to August 31st,2022 was retrieved on CNKI with the keywords “postpartum rheumatism” “traditional Chinese medicine” “postpartum arthralgia” “postpartum body pain”,etc..The use frequency,efficacy classification,nature,taste and meridian tropism,association rules,clustering and other indicators of high-frequency drugs in the literature were statistically analyzed.Results:A total of 101 studies were included,and 116 compounds were selected,involving 190 traditional Chinese medicines.High frequency drugs included Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),etc..The Four-qi( 四气) of high-frequency drugs were mainly warm and flat.The Five-flavors were mainly sweet(mild),pungent and bitter.Meridian tropism was mainly concentrated in liver,spleen,lung and kidney meridians.Through Apriori association rule analysis,it was found that the traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the treatment of postpartum rheumatism was composed of Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),Shaoyao and other drugs to form drug pairs with the effects of tonifying Qi( 气) and nourishing blood,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and removing wind and dampness.Among them,the core prescriptions are Huangqi,Guizhi,Shaoyao,Gancao,Danggui.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is used to treat postpartum rheumatism by tonifying,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,dispelling wind and removing dampness and other treatment methods.
