摘要
茶多酚是一种提取自茶叶的具备较强的抗氧化作用的活性成分,被广泛应用于医疗与食品等领域中。目前,已受到国内外众多学者的关注并参与研究。有关茶多酚的提取分离技术与其抗氧化活性及药用价值得到了深入的研究。现对茶多酚的药用价值、提取分离技术与抗氧化活性进行综述。
Tea polyphenol is an active ingredient extracted from tea leaves with strong antioxidant activity.It is widely used in medical and food industries.At present,it has received a lot of attention and research from scholars both at home and abroad.The extraction and isolation techniques of tea polyphenols,their antioxidant activity and medicinal value have been greatly explored.The medicinal value,extraction and isolation techniques and antioxidant activity of tea polyphenols were summarized in this study.
