摘要
目的了解某高职院校护生的人际关系现状,分析其影响因素,为学校制定相关教育策略提供依据。方法2023年1-7月采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取750名山东省某职业院校在校护生为研究对象,采用人际关系综合诊断量表进行调查,对护生人口学特征、人际关系现状进行统计分析。结果研究对象人际关系得分为(14.76±5.01)分,4个维度的得分:人际交谈(3.91±1.49)分、人际交际(4.59±1.94)分、待人接物(3.41±0.98)分、异性交往(2.85±1.30)分,不同性别、生源性质、专业喜爱程度、是否担任学生干部、家庭经济状况、家人健康状况对人际关系有影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高职护生在人际交谈、人际交际、待人接物以及异性交往等方面均存在不同程度的困扰。
Objective To learn the status of interpersonal relationship among nursing students in a certain higher vocational college,analyze its influencing factors,and provide a basis for colleges to formulate relevant educational strategies.Methods From January to July 2023,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 750 nursing students from a higher vocational college in Shandong Province as the research subjects.A Comprehensive Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Scale was used for the survey to statistically analyze nursing students'the demographic characteristics and interpersonal relationship status.Results The interpersonal relationship score of the research subjects was(14.76±5.01),with four dimensions of scores:interpersonal conversation(3.91±1.49),interpersonal communication(4.59±1.94),interpersonal interaction(3.41±0.98),and heterosexual communication(2.85±1.30).Different genders,source of students,degree of occupational hobby,whether they serve as student leaders,xfamily economic status,and family health status have an impact on interpersonal relationships(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Higher vocational nursing students have varying degrees of difficulties in interpersonal communication,interpersonal communication,interpersonal relationships,and heterosexual interactions.
