PDCA循环管理与人文宣教对白内障患者健康知识水平与依从性的影响

The Effects of PDCA Cycle Management and Humanistic Education on the Health Knowledge Level and Adherence of Cataract Patients

目的 分析PDCA循环管理与人文宣教对白内障患者健康知识水平与依从性的影响。方法 纳入晋江市医院2022年8月至2023年8月收治的白内障患者94例,以随机数字抽签法分为对照组(47例)与观察组(47例),分别实施常规护理、PDCA循环管理+人文宣教,连续护理3周,比较两组护理前后的健康知识水平、依从性及视力水平。结果 观察组护理后健康知识水平得分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理依从性高于对照组(97.87%vs. 87.23%,P <0.05);观察组护理后1周裸眼近、远视力水平低于对照组(P <0.05),护理3周后组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理与人文宣教联合护理能提升白内障患者健康知识水平及护理依从性,改善患者视力水平。

Objective To analyze the influence of PDCA cycle management and humanistic propaganda on the health knowledge level and compliance of cataract patients.Methods A total of 94 cataract patients admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were included,and were divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=47)by the random number lottery method,and were implemented conventional nursing,PDCA cycle management+humanistic missionary,and were nursed for 3 consecutive weeks,and the level of health knowledge,adherence,and visual acuity level before and after the nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results The health knowledge level scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing care(P<0.05);the nursing care adherence of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.87%vs.87.23%,P<0.05);the level of naked eye near and far vision of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 week after nursing care(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance of the difference between the groups after 3 weeks of nursing care(P>0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle management and humanistic missionary joint care can enhance the health knowledge level and nursing compliance of cataract patients,and improve the visual acuity level of patients.
