以临床路径为基础的问题教学法应用于住院医师糖尿病教学的探索

摘要 目的探讨以临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)为基础的问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)应用于住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)糖尿病教学的作用与意义。方法通过选择已优化确定的糖尿病CP,以糖尿病患者入院需要解决的问题为导向,构建以CP为基础的PBL对住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)糖尿病教学的实施步骤并实施。结果该教学方法可以有效规范临床糖尿病教学,充分调动住院医师的积极性,有助于建立和谐的新型师生关系,提高指导医师带教水平。结论以CP为基础的PBL应用于住培糖尿病教学有利于住院医师糖尿病诊疗水平的提高,从而提升住培质量。 Objective To explore the role and significance of the problem-based learning(PBL)method based on clinical pathway(CP)in standardized training for residents in diabetes mellitus teaching.Methods By selecting the optimized and determined diabetes CP,and firmly grasping the main problems that needed to be solved in the admission of diabetic patients,the implementation steps of CP-based PBL for standardized training of residents in diabetes teaching were constructed and carried out.Results This teaching method effectively standardized the teaching of clinical diabetes,fully mobilized the enthusiasm of residents,helped establish a new type of democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship,and promoted the improvement of teaching level.Conclusion CPbased PBL can not only help improve the diagnosis and treatment teaching of diabetes,but also contribute to the improvement of teaching quality.
