目的探讨PDCA循环法在护理实习生临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年1月—12月间护理实习生50名为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(施以传统教学法,n=25)和观察组(进行PDCA循环法,n=25)。比较两组实习效果、带教质量,实习生自我评价情况及实习生满意度。结果观察组实习效果(包括理论知识、病历书写、操作技能、综合成绩)各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组教学质量(包括带教活动开展情况、带教主动性、带教规范性、带教理论及专业水平)各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组自我评价(包括知识面拓展能力、自学能力、掌握重点能力、规划时间能力)各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组实习生满意度中的护理综合素质、临床思维能力、团队合作、交流能力各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论将PDCA循环法应用在护理实习生临床教学中能够明显提高护理实习生的实习效果和带教质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in clinical teaching of nursing interns.Methods Fifty nursing interns in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups:control group(with traditional teaching method,n=25)and observation group(with PDCA cycle method,n=25).The practice effect,teaching quality,intern self-evaluation and intern satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of practice effect(including theoretical knowledge,medical record writing,operation skills and comprehensive scores)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching quality(including the development of teaching activities,teaching initiative,teaching standardization,teaching doctrine and professional level)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-evaluation(including knowledge expansion ability,self-study ability,ability to grasp key points,ability to plan time)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing comprehensive quality,clinical thinking ability,teamwork and communication ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of PDCA cycle in clinical teaching of nursing interns can obviously improve the effect of practice and the quality of teaching.
