Research on the Establishment of Safety Protective Equipment Reserve Management System Within Labor-intensive Enterprises

随着GB39800-2020《个体防护装备配备规范》的实施,有力促进了生产企业PPE的配置和管理,然而劳动密集型企业安全防护装备种类多、消耗量大,安全防护装备储备管理面临诸多挑战。本文探析了安全防护装备储备管理的主要问题,从改善解决问题角度出发建设劳动密集型企业安全防护装备储备管理体系,助力更加科学、规范地落实个体防护装备配备规范,提高安全防护装备储备管理的效果和效益。

GB 39800-2020“Specification of the Provision of Personal Protective Equipment”has significantly enhanced the provision and management of PPE within production enterprises.However,labor-intensive enterprises faces considerable challenges in PPE reserve management due to the multitude of PPE involved.Large PPE consumption entails efficient reserve management,posing significant challenges.This paper analyzes the main problems of PPE reserve management and advocates for the establishment of an equipment reserve management system within labor-intensive enterprises.Such a system aims to adhere to PPE provision standards and improve PPE management efficiency.
