摘要
教学研究是提升教学质量的路径,在我国基础教育高质量发展中发挥着不可或缺的作用。教研员是教研活动的引领者和指导者,其工作的质量和水平直接关涉教学研究的质量和教学质量的提升。教学及其研究是生活化活动,教研员的专业生活状态影响着他对教学的理解和教学指导水平,深入研究教研员的专业生活是揭示教研员工作内涵、探讨教研员专业发展方向的重要路径。时间是开展教研活动的基本保障,空间是开展教研活动的条件,关系是开展教研活动的机制,以此为框架是讨论教研员专业生活的理想逻辑。教研员与教师之间是双向互动关系,他必须得到教师的认可和接纳才能对教学产生影响,他要能够通过自身的示范引领构建出学术共同体,组织大家为共同的价值目标而努力;教研员自身的行动是高质量专业生活的最重要内驱力。教研员要有坚定的教学信念、乐观向上的生活态度、精深的专业知识、强大的反思和专业指导能力,它们构成教研员专业生活的核心内容。
Teaching research plays an indispensable role in the high-quality development of basic education in our country,and it is the path of means to improve the quality of teaching.Teaching and research staff is the leader and instructor of teaching and research activities,and the quality and level of their work are directly related to the quality of teaching and research and the improvement of teaching quality.The teaching and research are life-oriented activities,and the professional life of teaching and research staff affects their understanding of teaching and teaching guidance level.In-depth study of teaching and research staff's professional life is an important path to reveal the connotation of teaching and research staff's work and explore the direction of their professional development.Time is the basic guarantee to carry out teaching and research activities,space is the condition to carry out teaching and research activities,and relationship is the mechanism to carry out teaching and research activities,which is the ideal logic to discuss the professional life of teaching and research staff.There is a two-way interactive relationship between teaching and research staff and teachers.Only when they are recognized and accepted by teachers can they have an impact on teaching.They should be able to lead the construction of an academic community through their own demonstration and organize everyone to share the common value goal.Teaching and research staff's own actions are the most important driving force to live a good professional life.Teaching and research staff should have firm teaching faith,optimistic and cheerful life attitude,profound professional knowledge,strong reflection and professional guidance ability,which constitute the core content of teaching and research staff professional life.
