射频绝缘子焊接问题及解决措施

摘要 射频(RF)绝缘子在通信、雷达、导航等领域被广泛应用,其焊接质量直接影响设备的性能和可靠性。在微波组件装配过程中,采用焊接工艺将RF绝缘子固定在盒体中,RF连接器在长期使用过程中会挤压RF绝缘子和焊料,导致焊料内溢进而造成短路,或者焊点因受力开裂导致开路。此外,RF绝缘子的焊接空洞率不佳会导致产品性能受限。为了提高RF绝缘子的焊接质量,利用工装将RF绝缘子与盒体紧密配合,以避免RF绝缘子及焊料受到挤压,同时引入真空环境保证RF绝缘子的钎透率,以提高产品的电气性能。 Radio frequency(RF)insulators are widely used in communication,radar,navigation and other fields,and their welding quality directly affects the performance and reliability of the equipment.In the assembly process of microwave components,RF insulators are fixed in the box using the welding process,and RF connectors will squeeze RF insulators and solder during long-term use,which will lead to short-circuits caused by overflowing of solder or open circuits due to cracking of solder joints under stress.In addition,poor welding voiding of RF insulators can lead to limited product performance.In order to improve the welding quality of RF insulators,fixtures are used to fit RF insulators tightly with the box to avoid extrusion of RF insulators and solder.At the same time,a vacuum environment is introduced to ensure the brazing penetration rate of RF insulators to improve the electrical performance of products.
