加快发展新质生产力背景下职业教育的角色使命与责任担当 被引量:21

摘要 加快形成新质生产力是我国面对当前经济环境的精准把握和未来走势的深度考量,是着力推动高质量发展、实现中国式现代化必然选择的战略取向。新质生产力在本质上仍属于生产力范畴,代表着生产力在质态上的跃升,其发展遵循着以科技创新突破为动力、以产业深度转型为载体、以人力资本跃升为关键的逻辑。职业教育是与经济社会发展联系最为紧密的教育类型,发展新质生产力的战略目标要求职业教育通过培育高素质技术技能人才夯实人才根基,通过立地式研发注入根本动力,通过强调面向产业办学形成与产业需求同频共振的格局。为此,职业教育需要从加强产教融合一体化统筹、积极培育“数字人才”、提升职业院校科技创新能力三个方面着重发力,为加快发展新质生产力贡献职业教育力量。 Accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces is a precise grasp of China’s current economic environment and a deep consideration of future trends,and is an inevitable strategic orien-tation to promote high-quality development and achieve Chinese path to modernization.In essence,the new quality productive forces still belongs to the category of productivity,representing the leap of productivity in quality.Its development follows the logic of taking scientific and technological innovation breakthrough as the driving force,taking the deep transformation of industry as the carrier,and taking the human capital as the key logic.Vocational education is the type of education that is most closely related to economic and so-cial development.The strategic goal of developing new quality productive forces requires vocational educa-tion to consolidate the foundation of talents by cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,inject fundamental impetus through grounded scientific research,and form a pattern of resonance with industrial demand by emphasizing industry-oriented school running.Therefore,vocational education needs to focus on three aspects:strengthening the integration between production and education,actively cultivating“digital talents”and improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of vocational colleges,so as to con-tribute to the power of vocational education for accelerating the development of new quality productive forces.
