熟地黄治疗痰饮水气病探微

Treatment of Phlegm,Retained Fluid or Water Retention Diseseases with Shudihuang(Rehmannia Glutinosa)

熟地黄作为临床常用中药,在多种疾病中被广泛应用。历代医家因惧熟地黄滋腻,导致其在痰饮、水肿、鼓胀、悬饮、支饮等痰饮病、水气病中的应用经验较少。临证时,当患者为肾阴大亏导致的痰饮、水气病时,可应用熟地黄治疗,尤其适用于久病、高龄体衰的患者。肾阴亏虚导致肾脏气化不利在痰饮、悬饮、臌胀、水肿等痰饮、水气病的致病中起到重要作用,熟地黄一方面通过峻补肾阴以助肾“气化”功能恢复;另一方面,可以基于“血水互化”理论,育阴逐痹以治疗痰饮、水气病。

Shoudihuang(rehmannia glutinosa)is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice and is widely used in a variety of diseases.Doctors in the past dynasties were afraid of the greasy character of rehmannia glutinosa,which led to less application of it in treatment of diseases such as Phlegm and retained Fluid,edema,tympanites,Xuan Yin and Zhi Yin induced by Phlegm,retained Fluid or Water retention.In clinical practice,when the syndrome is caused by the severe deficiency of Kidney Yin,rehmannia glutinosa can be used,especially for patients with long-term illness and advanced age with serious physical failure since deficiency of Kidney Yin leads to dysfunction of Qi Hua operation of patients,which normally causes the overall disease.On the one hand,rehmannia glutinosa can help the Kidney′s"Qi Hua"function recover by replenishing Kidney Yin,and on the other hand,based on the theory of"blood-Water mutual generation"the diseases mentioned above can be cured in this way.
