新医科背景下基于中医基础题库建设的卓越人才培养探究

The Cultivation of Outstanding Talents Based on the Construction of Basic Question Bank of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the Background of New Medical Science

“新医科”是我国建设教育强国的新战略,也是高校人才培养的关键依据。它的提出顺应新的时代要求和事业发展需求,为医学教育掀起了一场新的革命,为中医人才培养规划了新的目标。文章以“新医科”对人才培养的新要求为指导,以培养具有高尚品德、扎实学识、过硬技能的卓越人才为目标,立足中医基础题库建设,积极探索师资队伍、课程建设、能力提升等环节的引领作用,为创新考试改革和人才培养模式奠定理论和实践基础。

“New medical science”is a new strategy to build China into a powerful educational country.Its proposal conforms to the re⁃quirements of the new era and the needs of career development,sets off a new revolution for medical education,plans a new goal for the cultivation of TCM talents,and is also the key basis for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Guided by the new re⁃quirements of the“new medical science”for talent training,and with the goal of cultivating outstanding talents with noble moral char⁃acter,solid knowledge and excellent skills,this paper,based on the construction of the basic question bank of Chinese medicine,ac⁃tively explored the leading role of teachers,curriculum construction,ability improvement and other links,and lais a theoretical and practical foundation for innovative examination reform and talent training mode.
