基于“岗课赛证”融通的课程教学改革实践——以高职BIM预算软件应用课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对BIM预算软件应用课程教学中存在的课程内容与岗位要求脱节、教学模式陈旧、教学评价单一等问题,进行基于“岗课赛证”融通的课程教学改革。该改革实践以岗定课,依据岗位能力需求,优化教学内容;以赛促教,借鉴大赛训练模式,创新教学模式;以证融课,参考证书标准,制定多元教学评价方式;加强校企合作,共研共建教学资源。实践证明,基于“岗课赛证”融通的课程教学改革可有效提高课堂教学效率,激发学生内生动力,提高人才培养质量,可为其他专业课程的教学改革提供借鉴。 In response to the problems of disconnection between curriculum content and position requirements,outdated teaching modes,and single teaching evaluation in the teaching of the BIM budget software application curriculum,a curriculum teaching reform based on the integration of“position curriculum competition certificate”will be carried out.This reform practice develops curriculum based on position requirements and optimizes teaching content according to position competency requirements.It promotes teaching through competitions,draws on the training mode of competitions,and innovates teaching modes.It integrates certificate into curriculum and develops diversified teaching evaluation methods based on certificate standards.It strengthens school enterprise cooperation to jointly research and build teaching resources.Practice has proven that the curriculum teaching reform based on the integration of“position curriculum competition certificate”can effectively improve classroom teaching efficiency,stimulate students’endogenous motivation,improve the quality of talent cultivation and provide reference for the teaching reform of other professional curriculum.
