卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用价值。方法收集2022年1—12月沂水县人民医院收治的12例需行输血治疗患者的临床资料,并进行回顾和分析。对所有患者进行低离子凝聚胺技术与卡式微柱凝胶试验交叉配血,分析并比较两种方法的检测结果。结果卡式微柱凝胶试验的主侧和次侧符合率分别为100.00%、91.67%,低离子凝聚胺技术的主侧和次侧符合率均为83.33%,两种方法比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卡式微柱凝胶试验和低离子凝聚胺技术的检验用时分别为(18.63±1.47)min、(18.48±3.65)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卡式微柱凝胶试验的不良反应发生率为8.33%,低于低离子凝聚胺技术(16.67%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床输血时需先进行检验,卡式微柱凝胶试验应用效果理想,且安全性较高。 Objective To explore the application value of cassette microcolumn gel test in clinical blood transfusion test.Methods The clinical data of 12 patients requiring blood transfusion treatment admitted to Yishui County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.All patients were cross matched by low ion polyamine technology and cartridge micro column gel test,respectively,and the results of the two methods were analyzed and compared.Results The primary and secondary coincidence rates of the cartridge micro column gel test were 100.00%and 91.67%,respectively,and the primary and secondary coincidence rates of the low ion polyamine technique were both 83.33%.There was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).The time of cartridge micro column gel test and low ion polyamine test was(18.63±1.47)minutes and(18.48±3.65)minutes,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the cartridge microcolumn gel test was 8.33%,which was lower than that in the low ion polyamine technique(16.67%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical blood transfusion needs to be tested first.The cassette microcolumn gel test has ideal application effect,positive antibody detection rate and high safety.
