城乡物流一体化发展的现状、困境与对策

The Current Situation,Dilemma and Countermeasures of Urban-rural Logistics Integration Development

城乡物流一体化是城乡基本公共服务均等化,助力乡村振兴,实现城乡一体化发展的基础,也是重塑城乡关系,打破城乡二元经济壁垒的关键。文章对城乡物流一体化的发展现状进行了阐述,并对其现存困境进行了剖析,发现了基础设施缺乏协调、管理理念存在偏差、农村缺乏物流人才、城乡物流发展差距大等突出问题。急需从基础设施、协同合作、人才培养、强化电商四个方面进行相应提升,以进一步推动我国城乡统筹发展,加快推进城乡一体化战略的实现。

Urban-rural logistics integration is the basis for equalizing basic public services in urban and rural areas,helping rural revitalization and realizing integrated urban-rural development,as well as the key to reshaping urban-rural relationship and breaking the barrier of urban-rural dual economy.This paper elaborates the current development status of urban-rural logistics integration and analyzes its existing dilemmas,finding outstanding problems such as lack of coordination in infrastructure,deviation in management concept,lack of logistics talents in rural areas,and large gap between urban and rural logistics development.There is an urgent need to improve the four aspects of infrastructure,coordination and cooperation,talent training and strengthening of e-commerce accordingly,in order to further promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China and accelerate the realization of urban-rural integration strategy.
