海洋平台高压大流量液压管系振动特性分析与减振优化设计

摘要 随着职业安全健康要求的提高,海工平台对设备的健康、安全与环境(HSE)要求越来越高,平台上的设备异常振动直接影响船员职业安全健康和设备的使用寿命。海工平台的液压管系承担液压动力单元与驱动设备间液压油的输送,内部流体压力大、流量高,同时承受液压泵旋转的流体脉动,若管系设计不合理将可能导致液压管系振动加剧。针对海洋平台高压、大流量液压管系减振要求,基于海洋平台液压系统的特点及液压管系布置,选用了谐响应分析作为液压管系振动特性分析方法。通过对某海洋油气生产平台液压潜液泵系统的液压管系进行振动特性分析,找出了初始液压管系可能存在的共振位置,提出了增加锚点和固定管夹的减振技术措施,再次采用谐响应方法对优化后的液压管系分析,结果满足工程要求。由此可见,针对大流量高压液压管系的减振优化设计,采用谐响应分析方法能够有效地得到管系振动薄弱环节,能够适用于其他类似液压设备振动优化分析。 With the improvement of occupational safety and health requirements,offshore platforms have increasingly high health,safety and environment(HSE)requirements for equipment.The abnormal vibration of equipment on the platform directly affects the crew's occupational safety and health and the service life of equipment.The hydraulic pipeline system of the offshore platform is responsible for the transmission of hydraulic oil between the hydraulic power unit and the driving equipment.The internal fluid pressure is high,the flow rate is high,and it also bears the fluid pulsation caused by the rotation of the hydraulic pump.If the pipeline design is not reasonable,it may cause the vibration of the hydraulic pipeline system to intensify.Focusing on the vibration reduction requirements of high-pressure and high-flow hydraulic pipeline systems on offshore platforms,based on the characteristics of the hydraulic system and the layout of the hydraulic pipeline system on offshore platforms,harmonic response analysis is selected as the vibration characteristics analysis method for hydraulic pipeline systems.By analyzing the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline system of a certain offshore oil and gas production platform's hydraulic submersible pump system,the possible resonance positions of the initial hydraulic pipeline system are identified.The vibration reduction technical measures of adding anchor points and fixing pipe clamps are proposed.The harmonic response method is again used to analyze the optimized hydraulic pipeline system,and the results meet the engineering requirements.For the vibration reduction optimization design of high flow and high pressure hydraulic pipeline systems,the use of harmonic response analysis method can effectively identify the weak links of pipeline vibration,which can be applied to the vibration optimization analysis of other similar hydraulic equipment.
