甲状腺相关性眼病眶减压术围手术期心理护理的干预效果

Interventional Effect of Psychological Nursing During the Perioperative Period of Orbital Decompression Surgery for Thyroid-Related Ophthalmopathy

目的 分析甲状腺相关性眼病患者接受眶减压术治疗围手术期辅以心理护理干预的效果。方法 纳入2014年12月至2023年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院接受眶减压术治疗的甲状腺相关性眼病患者100例,结合患者住院号的单双情况进行分组。对照组(50例)采取常规护理干预,观察组(50例)采取围手术期心理干预,比较干预前后两组心理状态(焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表)、生活质量和护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组心理状态和生活质量优于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 甲状腺相关性眼病患者接受眶减压术围手术期通过实施心理护理干预能够有效缓解疾病产生的焦虑、抑郁负面心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of supplementing psychological nursing intervention during the perioperative period in patients with thyroid-related ophthalmopathy treated with orbital decompression surgery.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with thyroid-related ophthalmopathy who received orbital decompression surgery treatment in the First Hospital of Fujian Medical University from December 2014 to December 2023 were included,and grouped by combining the single and double situation of the patients' hospitalization number.The control group(50 cases) took conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group(50 cases) took perioperative psychological interventions,comparing the two groups' psychological state(SAS,SDS),quality of life,and satisfaction with nursing care before and after the interventions.Results After care,the psychological state and quality of life of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and the total satisfaction of care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Thyroid-related ophthalmopathy patients undergoing orbital decompression surgery perioperatively by implementing psychological nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative psychological state of anxiety and depression produced by the disease and improve the quality of life.
