七日渐进式功能锻炼及延续性护理法对冠心病患者的心功能康复质量的影响

Effect of Seven-Day Progressive Functional Exercise and Continuity of Care Method on the Quality of Cardiac Function Rehabilitation in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

目的 观察冠心病患者进行七日渐进式功能锻炼及延续性护理对心功能康复质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2023年1月福州市闽清县六都医院收治的冠心病患者79例,随机分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(七日渐进式功能锻炼及延续性护理),比较两组的临床护理效果。结果 护理后,观察组的心功能指标优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的运动耐力指标优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的生活质量评分更高(P <0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 冠心病患者经过七日渐进式功能锻炼及延续性护理可以改善患者心功能,提升自我护理能力和术后生活质量,进而降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of seven-day progressive functional exercise and continuity of care on the quality of cardiac function rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 79 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Liudu Hospital in Minqing County,Fuzhou City from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(conventional care)and the observation group(seven-day progressive functional exercise and continuity of care),and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing care,the cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the exercise endurance indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05);and the incidence rate of adverse events of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Coronary artery disease patients can improve their cardiac function,enhance their self-care ability and postoperative quality of life after seven days of progressive functional exercise and continuity of care,and then reduce the incidence of adverse events.
