摘要
为优化聚苯硫醚合成原料脱水工艺,提升脱水效果,通过研究原料结晶硫化钠受热失水规律,设计单因素试验,对比不同压力条件下脱水终点温度、脱水率及脱水过程N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)损耗,优选出低原料损耗和低动力消耗的脱水工艺。结果表明,采用-0.09 MPa真空脱水,脱水率提高43.7%,NMP损耗降低84.08%,合成反应后的产品得率提高37.02%,脱水效果最好。
To optimize the dehydration process of PPS synthesis raw materials and improve the dehydration effect,a single factor experiment was designed by studying the dehydration law of crystalline sodium sulfide raw materials under heating.The dehydration endpoint temperature,dehydration rate,and N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)loss during the dehydration process were compared under different pressure conditions,and a dehydration process with low raw material loss and low power consumption was selected.The results showed that using-0.09 MPa vacum dehydration increased the dehydration rate by 43.7%,reduced NMP loss by 84.08%,and increased the yield of the synthesized product by 37.02%,with the best dehydration effect.
