高质量发展视域下昆明市预制菜产业发展策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Kunming's Pre-made Food Industry from the Perspective of High-quality Development

预制菜作为食品产业中的新兴业态,连接着现代农业与现代食品产业,既满足了现代人快节奏的生活方式,又是乡村产业振兴的重要方向。昆明得益于优越的地理位置、气候条件和农业资源,预制菜产业发展优势显著、大有可为。本文采取综合分析方法,以推进预制菜产业高质量发展为背景,基于我国预制菜产业的现状,探讨了昆明市预制菜产业的发展优势、综合实力和堵点难点,根据广东、上海、广西、山东等省市预制菜“产业化”先发经验,认为促进昆明市预制菜产业集中度及全产业链协同势在必行,并从政策引导、人才培养、确立标准、畅通物流、企业培育、搭建平台六方面提出了构建预制菜产业链的对策建议,以期推动昆明市预制菜产业高质量发展。

As an emerging business form in the food industry,pre-made food serves as a bridge between modern agriculture and the modern food industry,aligning with the fast-paced lifestyle of today's society and representing a crucial direction for revitalizing rural industry.Thanks to its advantageous geographical location,favorable climatic conditions,and rich agricultural resources,Kunming enjoys remarkable advantages and great potential for the development of the pre-made food industry.This paper uses a comprehensive analysis method to explore the development advantages,comprehensive strength,and challenges of Kunming's pre-made food industry in the context of promoting the high-quality development of the pre-made food industry and based on the current situation of China's pre-made food industry.Drawing on the experience of first movers including Guangdong,Shanghai,Guangxi,Shandong and other provinces and cities in the"industrialization"of pre-made food,it is believed that it is imperative to promote the concentration of Kunming's pre-made food industry and the synergy of the whole industrial chain.In pursuit of this goal,countermeasures and suggestions for building a pre-made food industry chain are put forward from six aspects:policy guidance,talent training,standard establishment,smooth logistics,enterprise cultivation,and platform construction,to promote the high-quality development of Kunming's pre-made food industry.
